Sue Copas established Verbatim Services Ltd after having previously worked for almost 6 years for a global translation services provider where she gained extensive experience working as a Translation Project and Account Manager at senior level. Latterly she worked at senior management level as Global Head of Account Management and was responsible for setting up the Edinburgh office and managing a team of account managers both in the UK, Romania and Panama. Prior to this she worked for 20 years in a bi-lingual capacity for international companies both in the UK and Canada including Société Générale, United Distillers (now Diageo) and Adobe Europe Ltd. Sue has a degree in French and English Literature and is an Associate of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and a member of the ITI Scottish Network.
